Created for professionals working in the health, social service and related sectors, this one-year, part-time programme uses a blended delivery method including a series of two-day, face-to-face classes on campus and online activities. It's delivered in two, 30-credit courses designed to be studied sequentially. In the first course (Foundations of Supervision) you'll examine the theoretical underpinnings and models for the application of skills in supervisory practice. In the second course (Developing Supervision Practice) you'll apply the theoretical knowledge and supervision skills to your own supervisory practice.
