Prepare for employment or further study with confidence and direction
This programme will build on your skills and give you the confidence to take the next step into employment or study in whatever field is of interest to you. There are two parts to the programme. 'Future Directions' will provide you with new ideas, challenges and experiences that will enable you to make positive changes in your life and explore pathways for your future. Topics covered include goal setting, problem solving, budgeting, wellbeing, communication and culture.
The 'Career Skills' strand focuses on equipping you with practical skills for further study or employment. You'll learn about professionalism, communication in the workplace, CV development, interview skills, health and safety, how to research industries and more.
