About the scholarship
The Genesis Oncology Trust is delighted to announce that from 2008 the amount available for distribution annually will be increased to $1 million. We are able to do this as a direct result of the ongoing generosity of the tens of thousands of Genesis Energy Customers that donate to the Trust through their monthly energy bill. A new educational grant has been added to the award portfolio.
How To Apply
The signed original plus 12 copies of the application are required. In addition, please submit an electronic copy of the form to [email protected]. Electronic application forms (in MS Word) can be obtained from the Trust web site http://www.genesisoncology.org.nz/.
Entry requirements
Applicants for the Postdoctoral Fellowship should be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents and have completed a Doctor of Philosophy or equivalent degree. Applications will be received also from persons who have not yet received the results of their thesis examination, but the award and commencement of the Fellowship will be conditional on award of their doctoral degree. Usually the thesis will have been submitted for examination at the time of application. Applications would normally be made within three years of graduating PhD or equivalent.
