About the scholarship
For the purpose of encouraging postgraduate research at Victoria University of Wellington, the University offers one scholarship to a Fulbright US Graduate Scholar.

An online application will be available approximately one month before the closing date.
Entry requirements
Applicants would normally be expected to Master's degree Part 1 demonstrating academic achievement equivalent to a First-Class Honours degree from a New Zealand University. The scholarship will be awarded on academic merit. Only those Fulbright US Graduate Scholars about to commence the second year of a full-time, research-focussed Master's degree enrolled solely for a 90 point thesis or above are eligible to apply. In most cases this will be Part 2 of a two-year Master's degree and will usually have the course code 591.
