About the scholarship
The Victoria Totoweka Scholarship (“the Scholarship”) recognises Victoria’s committment to equity issues in supporting students to have access to education. We encourage strong academic applicants who are Māori; Pasifika; from refugee-backgrounds; have a disability; or come from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds. In supporting these students Victoria recognises them as New Zealand’s scholars of the future.
How To Apply
Students are to apply for a Victoria School Leaver Scholarship, succesful applicants will then be awarded one of three different scholarships based on their application data.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents of at least two years’ standing. Applicants must be in Year 13 or have already completed Year 13 in the year prior to be eligible to apply for this Applicants who have taken a (single) gap year after completing Year 13 may apply for the Scholarship. They must apply in the year prior to starting study at Victoria.
