About the scholarship
This scholarship has been established through the Victoria University Foundation from a generous bequest made by Barbara Finlayson. The first awards were made at the end of 1997.
How To Apply
Online application will be available approximately one month before the closing date.
The scholarship will be awarded based on merit. Students should provide a personal statement outlining their reasons for why they deserve to receive the scholarship. References and a detailed budget covering expenses related to their application must be included.
Entry requirements
The scholarship is available to both domestic and international students.
Applicants will be current violin, viola or violoncello students, enrolled in the NZSM.
