About the scholarship
The Scholarship has been established in memory of Eileen Bone 1918-2000, educator, Humanist, and former teacher of Naenae College.
The Humanist Society of New Zealand is offering a scholarship to assist an ex-pupil of Naenae College to attend Victoria University. Priority will be given to applicants whose family background is such that because of their limited financial resources they would be facing considerable hardship as a consequence of deciding to go to university.

Entry requirements
One scholarship shall be awarded annually to an ex-pupil who is commencing full-time undergraduate study at Victoria University of Wellington and whose values are sympathetic with those of the Humanist Society of NZ.
