About the scholarship
To encourage postgraduate research in architecture, construction, building science, design, design technology and user experience at Te Wāhanga Waihanga-Hoahoa – the Faculty of Architecture and Design Innovation, the faculty offers scholarships to students about to begin a full-time master's by research degree.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be intending to enrol full-time in a Master's by thesis or research portfolio worth a minimum of 90-points in architecture, architecture (professional), interior architecture, landscape architecture, construction, construction law, construction and building science (research), urban and regional planning, or design (including design innovation, design technology, and user experience design). Selection will be based on demonstrated interest in the chosen Master's programme field and a commitment to contributing to the discipline, academic excellence and demonstrated leadership potential, and clear, well-articulated career goals aligned with the objectives of the chosen Master's programme. Required documentation includes a statement of intent, academic transcripts, and a portfolio (if applicable).
