About the scholarship
For students who are interested in seeing practice with the Wellsford Vet Club in their final year of the Bachelor of Veterinary Science. The Wellsford Vet Club is located in the North Auckland region and services the surrounding area, providing a genuine opportunity to see mixed practice with over 50 dairy farms while maintaining a busy small animal surgery each day. Successful applicants will need to show a genuine interest in production animal practice.
Entry requirements
Applicants must:
- be enrolled full time in the fourth year of a Bachelor of Veterinary Science at Massey University at the time of application
- have an interest in production animal practice and be tracking farm animal
- be willing to see practice for 2 weeks in Wellsford Vet Club during the fifth year of the Bachelor of Veterinary Science. Include the following with your application:
- a statement outlining your interest in production animal and your desire to see practice at Wellsford Vet Club
- a copy of your CV.
