Successful recipients will be expected to visit Esco Industries, Australia, to meet with senior Esco staff. Funding of up to $7,000 is available to support travel and accommodation. They will also have the opportunity to engage with Esco Industries and contribute to a consultancy-style research report with the topic to be agreed upon by Esco Industries. Additionally, recipients will be encouraged to attend an Outward-Bound course, with funding of up to $6,000 available to support attendance.
