About the scholarship

This scholarship, funded by Te Hiranga Rū QuakeCoRE, supports a 90 or 120-point Master of Business (MBus) thesis. It offers the chance to undertake a meaningful research project and join the vibrant Te Hiranga Rū QuakeCoRE research community working on earthquake resilience. The research will examine the performance of the Wellington Region's emergency water supply plan and recommend practical improvements.

Entry requirements

Open to domestic and international students enrolled or eligible to enrol in the Master of Business at the University of Waikato. International students must currently live in New Zealand. A minimum B+ average in the most recent undergraduate study is required. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in logistics and supply chain management, along with excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
