About the scholarship
Two mathematics PhD scholarships in the School of Mathematical and Computational Sciences at Massey University, Palmerston North, New Zealand. The PhD research aims to advance the mathematical theory of dynamical systems and apply the results to mathematical models of neural networks and climate. The research will develop new strategies for resolving issues related to high-dimensional models by exploiting degeneracies.
Entry requirements
Applicants should have or expect to receive a BSc(Hons) or MSc or equivalent in mathematics. Previous graduate-level studies in dynamical systems are highly desirable. Include the following with your application: your CV, a copy of your complete academic transcripts, a cover letter introducing yourself and your interest in applying.
