About the scholarship
The Unitec Pacific Success Scholarships aim to encourage Pacific students thinking about studying at Unitec for the first time to pursue their goals. Established in 2017, the scholarship provides financial support of $2,000 and mentoring opportunities in the first semester of study. Recipients are expected to be involved and participate in the Unitec Pacific Community.
Entry requirements
To apply, you must:
- be a domestic student, i.e. New Zealand citizen or Permanent Resident
- be enrolling for the first time at Unitec
- be enrolled as a Pacific student
- be starting a programme from Level 3 to 8 (certificate, diploma, undergraduate degree, postgraduate certificate or diploma) that takes at least one semester of full-time study to complete.
