About the scholarship
Are you passionate about AI, machine learning, or optimisation—and want to apply your skills to real-world, impactful challenges? Join our project developing intelligent, real-time dispatch algorithms for electric vehicles, with possible applications including delivery services, courier logistics, and transportation. You will design and implement machine learning algorithms and work with real-world-inspired scenarios, and gain experience in combining AI with optimisation. You will be working with an excellent team (A/Prof. Yi Mei, Dr. Fangfang Zhang, Prof. Mengjie Zhang) from the Centre for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Prof. Guenther Raidl from TU Wien, Austria, and Honda Research Institute in Germany—with expertise in both fundamental AI research and applied knowledge in the electric vehicles.
