About the scholarship

In recognition of the Turner family's role as the business' original founder, T&G Global are offering a $10,000 grant to support and recognise a post-graduate tertiary student who has the potential to be a future leader and innovator in the horticulture industry, and who possesses a passion, commitment and desire to be part of its future. This scholarship is aimed at postgraduate students based in Aotearoa New Zealand planning their next step in education, whether pursuing a Masters, Honours, or undertaking a research project within horticulture, science, or business disciplines.

Entry requirements

Eligibility restrictions include being a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident and undertaking a research project related to the horticulture industry. Key to the selection process will be the applicant's ability to demonstrate a passion and commitment to work in the horticulture sector (all career disciplines). Academic merit and the intended research or planned study will also be considered.
