About the scholarship
The Fonterra Research and Development Centre Undergraduate Food Technology Scholarship is offering up to nine scholarships for students enrolled in their first year of a Bachelor of Food Technology with Honours at Massey University. The scholarship duration is four years, and you will receive specialised mentorship from Fonterra throughout your study. The value of the award is a stipend of $5,000 per annum plus two paid internships at the approximate value of $11,000 each.
Entry requirements
You must be:
- entering the first year of a Bachelor of Food Technology with Honours
- a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
- studying full time
Include the following with your application:
- a supporting statement of no more than 1000 words outlining why you want to study food technology and your career prospects.
- a copy of your academic records. For school leavers, transcripts of your secondary school results. If you are studying NCEA please attach School results summary from the NZQA website at NZQA.
