About the scholarship
This scholarship helps international students who are intending to study for a Bachelor's degree to join Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington's international student community. This is a partial fee-based scholarship that will go towards tuition fees for one year of study. It is designed for new international students who are entering their first year of a Bachelor's degree programme and studying full-time on campus. Holders must demonstrate their academic potential, as demonstrated by their admission into a Victoria University of Wellington programme.
Entry requirements
International students who are paying full international fees; intending to study towards a Bachelor's degree at Victoria University of Wellington; a holder of an unconditional or conditional Offer of Place for a Bachelor's degree at Victoria University of Wellington; new students to Victoria University of Wellington. Not eligible if already studying at Victoria University of Wellington (returning students), are a Study Abroad or Exchange student, have received credit transfer from a previous qualification, are sponsored by their home Government or the New Zealand Government, or are Australian or New Zealand citizens, permanent residents or resident visa holders.
