About the scholarship
The Takis Koutsos Memorial Scholarship was established by the friends and family of Takis Koutsos, a post-WW II child immigrant to New Zealand from Greece. The scholarship honors Mr. Koutsos's heritage and interests in Greek archaeology and history. It provides financial support to students facing financial hardship who are of Greek descent or immigrants from Greece, enrolled at Victoria University of Wellington.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be New Zealand born of Greek descent or an immigrant from Greece. They must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate, honours or Master's degree at Victoria University of Wellington. Preference may be given to postgraduate students.
