About the scholarship
The Pacific Excellence Scholarship was established in 2018 to support the University of Waikato's commitment to recognise and foster the excellence of our Pacific students. The Scholarship is awarded based on meritorious achievement and connection to the Pacific community. This Scholarship is available for all subject areas.
Entry requirements
For domestic students of Pacific Island descent who are currently studying at NCEA Level 3 towards University Entrance and who intend to enrol full-time (120 points) in an undergraduate degree programme at the University of Waikato.
