About the scholarship
For a postgraduate student undertaking research in the area of, but not limited to, Agricultural Economics and policy; or consumer markets in agriculture, horticulture, food and fibre. This scholarship is named in honour of the late Rhondda Moffitt QSM, a stalwart of Canterbury netball who was awarded the Queen's Service Medal for her many years of valuable service and volunteering to netball. It is hoped that recipients of the Rhondda Moffitt scholarship will benefit from philanthropic support enabling them to concentrate on their studies and do well in their careers.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be enrolled and currently studying in, or have gained entry to, a relevant full-time postgraduate qualification at Lincoln University. Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents. Selection criteria include: Academic Merit, Field of Research and its relevance to this scholarship, Demonstrated commitment and interest in a career in agriculture, horticulture, food and fibre and related industries.
