About the scholarship
One award of $5000 will be offered annually to a female or male enrolled in the third year or above of a degree or post-graduate degree in a Visual Arts-related area. Thanks to the generosity of Toi o Tāmaki Auckland Art Gallery, the Award also includes a 12-month membership to the Gallery.

Entry requirements
The
Award is available for a student enrolled in the third year or above of a
degree or post-graduate degree in a visual art-related discipline at an NZQA-accredited
tertiary institute in the Auckland/Northland region, who is engaged in work/research
that explores the relationship between art and society. Applicants do not need
to be art practitioners and applications are welcome from those who are engaged
in study relating to any aspect of the visual art sector
