About the scholarship
This scholarship is a memorial to the late John Fitzgerald, a graduate of the Victoria University of Wellington School of Architecture. It supports studies, research, projects, exhibitions, or other similar activities relating to the completion of undergraduate or postgraduate qualifications. The scholarship is intended for applicants in their fourth year of study or higher in architecture, including Masters and PhD students. Innovative projects that further architecture knowledge and techniques are encouraged.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be in their fourth year of study or higher. They must be enrolled in an architecture degree or research programme. Undergraduate students must have successfully completed all third-year core papers or have equivalent credit or experience and intend to study at postgraduate level at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. A personal statement detailing the intended research or project is required. Please refer to the Scholarship Guidelines for more details.
