About the scholarship
This scholarship was established in recognition of the friendship made and the pleasurable times enjoyed during their student days by Jim and Barbara Milburn. It aims to support students studying English who are facing financial hardship. The scholarship is funded through a bequest from the Estate of James Dalton Milburn, QSM.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be nearing completion of their first year of study and be continuing to second year at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. Applicants must be studying English. Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or Permanent Residents.
