About the scholarship
This scholarship was established at Victoria University of Wellington through a bequest made by Philip Henry Miles. One scholarship will be awarded biennially to a student of French. The award will be made to the top performing 100-level student in French, who intends to enrol in French the following year at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. The scholarship is offered to New Zealand citizens and permanent residents only.
