About the scholarship
This scholarship was established in 2018 with a generous donation from Jan Heine towards furthering her lifelong work in environment and earth sciences. It supports postgraduate students (Master's and PhD level) in their research in biodiversity and restoration ecology.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be enrolled or intending to enrol full-time or part-time in a Master's or PhD programme in the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington, undertaking research in any aspect of biodiversity and restoration ecology.
