About the scholarship
This Scholarship was established by Brian Fox in 2017 through the Victoria University of Wellington Foundation. Following the death of Brian Fox in 2020, a further sum was added to the fund under Brian Fox's Will. The purpose of this scholarship is to encourage further study of English Literature. It is available for students who have completed their first year of an undergraduate degree at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington and are enrolling in their 2nd or 3rd or honours year majoring in English Literature.
Entry requirements
Students must be New Zealand citizens, have completed their first year of an undergraduate degree at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington, and be enrolling in their 2nd or 3rd or honours year majoring in English Literature. Previous recipients can apply in subsequent years.
