About the scholarship
The Scholarship was established by Brian in 2017 through the Victoria University of Wellington Foundation. Following the death of Brian Fox in 2020, a further sum was added to the fund under Brian Fox's Will. The purpose of this scholarship is to encourage further study of History.
Entry requirements
Students who have completed their first year of an undergraduate degree at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington and are enrolling in their 2nd or 3rd or honours year the following year majoring in History. Applicants must be New Zealand citizens. Previous recipients are able to apply for this scholarship in subsequent years.
