About the scholarship
This research grant has been established in memory of Rosemary Barrington by her family. It aims to advance the cause of social justice in New Zealand and provide funding for research that may otherwise not be possible. Rosemary Barrington was associated with Victoria University of Wellington for nearly five decades, contributing significantly to various roles including as Chancellor. The grant supports postgraduate research in any discipline at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington.
Entry requirements
Current students undertaking Honours, Masters, or PhD in any disciplines at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. In line with the donor's wishes, preference will be given to female applicants. Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents.
