About the scholarship
These Scholarships have been established by the Wellington Women Lawyers Association to assist women studying law at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. The scholarships aim to support women facing financial hardship while pursuing their legal studies. The Wellington Women Lawyers' Association, established in 1987, focuses on promoting equal opportunities for women in law and facilitating professional and social support among its members.
Entry requirements
Applicants must identify as a woman, be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents, be enrolled full-time studying at 200 level or above for their LLB (or LLM), and be experiencing financial hardship. Please refer to the application guidelines for more details.
