About the scholarship
This scholarship was established in memory of David Philp, a Senior Manager in government for over 30 years, who was passionate about public service and recognized for significant achievements in identity management. The purpose of this scholarship is to support students undertaking research aligned with David's legacy in identity management, focusing on effective and inclusive identity policy, technology innovation, and improving customer experience for New Zealanders.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be enrolled or intending to enroll full-time in a Master's or PhD degree at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. Applicants must be either New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents and must undertake study in areas related to identity management.
