About the scholarship
This scholarship was established in memory of David Philp, a Senior Manager in government for over 30 years, who was passionate about public service and recognized for his significant achievements in identity management. The scholarship supports students undertaking research aligned with David's career, particularly in areas related to identity management, technology innovation, and improving the customer experience of identity services for New Zealanders.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be: enrolled or intending to enrol full time in a Master's or PhD degree at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington; undertaking or intending to undertake study in areas related to identity management; a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
