About the scholarship
The scholarship is to assist in the education and training of postgraduate classical pianists studying at Te Kōkī the New Zealand School of Music, Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington. This scholarship was established in 2023 through a bequest from David Philps Eade to assist classical pianists studying at Te Kōkī the New Zealand School of Music, Te Herenga Waka – Victoria University of Wellington.
Entry requirements
- Applicants must be classical piano students entering postgraduate studies at the New Zealand School of Music in the year following application.
- Both students of Te Kōkī the New Zealand School of Music and other music institutions are eligible to apply.
- Both Domestic and International applicants are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must meet the Victoria University of Wellington Entry Requirements for International students before the scholarship can be awarded.
