About the scholarship
The E.P. Parcell Scholarship was established by Lois Gilchrist in memory of Flying Officer Erroll Philip Parcell, a former student who died on active service in World War II in Burma. This scholarship supports students from the Southland region studying Agriculture, excluding live animal experimentation or vivisection.
