About the scholarship
The E.P. Parcell Scholarship was established by Lois Gilchrist in memory of Flying Officer Erroll Philip Parcell, a former student who died on active service in World War II in Burma.
Entry requirements
Applicant must be from the Southland region. Applicant must be studying Agriculture, excluding live animal experimentation or vivisection.
