Entry requirements
New Zealand citizens or Permanent Residents. Enrolled full-time in Year 3 of a Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University. Cumulative Grade point average (GPA) of at least 5.00 is required for scholarship consideration. Selection criteria include academic achievement, aspiration for pursuing a career in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage or Commercial Valuation, community involvement, communication and interpersonal skills, and personal drive and the potential to succeed.
