About the scholarship
This scholarship was established in 1997 from the estate of Miss Clarice Bell, a music teacher of Christchurch in memory of her pet Cockatoo who was a family friend for over 40 years. The scholarship covers an amount equivalent to the NZ student's tuition fee for a period of one year for the qualification in which the student is registered at Lincoln University.
Entry requirements
Applicants' doctoral research must be directed to the prevention and protection against disease and suffering of animals. Available to New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident Students.
