About the scholarship
The Vernon Clark Memorial Scholarship was established to support 2nd year students & above towards a Bachelor of Science (Animal Science) or other undergraduate degree with a focus on Animal Science. This Scholarship stands in memory of Vernon Clark and his teaching and research services to Lincoln University; his lifetime of work for the township of Lincoln; and his deep associations with animal husbandry and animal production in New Zealand and internationally.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be full-time students registered in their second, third or fourth years of study towards a Bachelor of Science (Animal Science) or undergraduate degree with a focus on Animal Science. Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents. Selection criteria include Academic Merit and evidence of and/or planned activity to work in and develop a career in animal science/animal husbandry disciplines.
