About the scholarship
The Barenbrug Plant Science Innovation Undergraduate Scholarship was established in 2023 to support a full-time student in their second year of study at Lincoln University. Barenbrug is proud to have been part of New Zealand's pastoral landscape for over 30 years helping farmers grow the best pasture.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a preference for a career in arable farming, horticulture science, plant science, soil science and farm management. Candidates may be asked to attend an interview as part of the selection process.
