About the scholarship
To support master's students who are undertaking research which contributes to building capability assisting the construction industry to transition to zero carbon. These scholarships are funded by the building Research Levy through BRANZ. BRANZ is an independent research organisation that uses an impartial evidence-based approach to improving the performance of the New Zealand building system. Since 1970, BRANZ has been transforming insightful research into trusted, accessible, and actionable knowledge.
Entry requirements
Include the following with your application:
- your CV
- a personal statement outlining relevant industry experience to carry out a project in zero carbon in construction (max. 1 page); or
- a personal statement outlining how the importance of zero carbon research relates to the applicants' future goals, including an intention to work in construction industry related jobs, attend workshops and seminars, and produce publications (max. 1 page).
