About the scholarship
The QEII Athol Patterson Bursary is for students interested in sustainable farming practices or sustainability issues in agriculture. Established in 2009 through a bequest from Dr. Athol Patterson, this bursary supports students at Massey University who are enrolled in an undergraduate degree focusing on agriculture or environmental management. The bursary is valued at $2,000 for one year's duration.
Entry requirements
You must have completed the first year of your undergraduate degree and be studying in a specific subject area. Include a statement on how receiving this scholarship would benefit you and your study, demonstrating your interest in sustainable farming practices/sustainability issues in agriculture, familiarity with the QEII National Trust, and any connections with land protected by this Trust. Also, provide a copy of your Massey University transcripts/current enrolment. You can download your Study History Report from the Student Portal, under ‘Results and Exams’.
