About the scholarship
For a second or third-year student who normally resides in the Hawkes Bay. You will be studying agriculture at undergraduate level. The Hawkes Bay Farm Improvement Club was set up in the 1970s. Groups of farmers in central and southern Hawkes Bay paid an annual subscription to help pay for an advisor who worked with the farmers to solve problems relating to farm improvement. When the club was dissolved, the remaining funds were used to set up this scholarship.
Entry requirements
Include the following with your application:
- evidence that you normally reside within the region outlined in the scholarship regulations
- a statement on how receiving this scholarship would be of benefit to you and your study, and how you believe you meet the intentions of this award
- a copy of your Massey University transcripts/current enrolment. You can download your Study History Report from the Student Portal, under ‘Results and Exams’.
