About the scholarship
Maniototo Lions offer an annual scholarship up to $2000 for aspiring young agricultural students to assist with their studies to help them enter the sheep and beef industry or a similar field in the agricultural sector. Applicants must be enrolled in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or Agriculture and Horticulture degrees. The successful applicant will demonstrate academic merit and a commitment to their studies.
Entry requirements
Applicants must be New Zealand citizens from the wider Maniototo area, enrolled in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, or Agriculture and Horticulture degrees. They must demonstrate academic merit and a commitment to working in the sheep and beef industry or a similar field.
