Massey University Doctoral Conference Grants

The Massey University Doctoral Conference Grants offer financial support for doctoral students to present their research at conferences in their discipline. The grant should be used at your discretion to assist with conference registration costs, travel, accommodation, or any other presentation costs incurred. Applications are considered on a rolling basis throughout the year until funds are exhausted. Selection will occur at the start of each month for applications received in the previous month. Your presentation should be accepted prior to submission of the grant application. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for the grant to be considered by the selection panel. Any travel must be approved in accordance with university requirements. Such approval is the responsibility of the student and supervisor. The value of the award will be determined by the selection panel, up to $1,000 for national conferences and up to $2,000 for international conferences.
