About the scholarship
For teachers and educators who completed their pre-service education at Massey University and who are now studying at postgraduate level. This scholarship is named in honour of Mr Kenneth Arnold North, the founding principal of Palmerston North Teachers College, and provides financial assistance to students of the former Palmerston North Teachers College to undertake a course of study in New Zealand.
Entry requirements
You must:
- have completed your pre-service teacher training at Massey University
- be a fully registered teacher
- be employed as a teacher or in a New Zealand educational facility. Include the following with your application:
- a statement demonstrating how completing your postgraduate qualification will contribute to achieving your career goals in education
- an outline of how you will contribute to your field and/or community upon completion of your Massey University postgraduate qualification
- your CV.
