About the scholarship
The Joe Walding Memorial Bursary is for candidates who are studying business courses at postgraduate or doctoral level and are based in the Manawatu-Whanganui or Wellington region. The bursary was established in memory of the late Honourable J A Walding, Member of Parliament for Palmerston North, Minister of Overseas Trade and New Zealand High Commissioner in London.
Entry requirements
You must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident, normally reside in the Manawatu, Whanganui, or Wellington region, and be undertaking research focusing on a NZ topic within Massey Business School. Include a supporting statement on your current financial need and a statement demonstrating your ties to the Manawatu-Whanganui region or the Wellington region.
