Value | The scholarship value of up to $5,500.00 per annum ($2,750 per semester), will be paid and is to be used towards fees, course costs and accommodation as each semester commences. The scholarship is available for two semesters as determined by the Trustees and Kiwi Property. |

Entry requirements
New Zealand citizens or permanent resident of New ZealandReside in Auckland. Have successfully completed at least one year of course work by the end of 2024, in a construction related tertiary qualification such as: Bachelor of Property, Bachelor of Business Property, Bachelor of Property conjoint. Have at least one more year of full-time study to complete in 2025. Provide evidence of their financial situation
