Value | The scholarship value of up to $5,500.00 per annum ($2,750 per semester), will be paid for each year in which the award applies and is to be used towards fees, course costs and accommodation as each semester commences. The scholarship is available for two semesters as determined by the Trustees and Summerset. |

Entry requirements
New Zealand citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand. Have successfully completed at least one year of course work by the end of 2024, in a property or construction related tertiary qualification such as: Bachelor of Construction Bachelor of Building Science Bachelor of Property Bachelor of Business Studies (Prop) Bachelor of Engineering Bachelor of Architecture Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Bachelor of Land and Property Management Bachelor of Urban planning Bachelor of Spatial Design Bachelor of Law. Have at least one more year of full-time study to complete in 2025. Provide evidence of their financial situation
