Entry requirements

New Zealand citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand. A student who shows academic merit. A person who contributes to their local community. Have successfully completed at least one year of course work by the end of 2023, in a property related tertiary qualification such as: Bachelor of Property Bachelor of Construction Bachelor of Building Science Bachelor of Architecture Bachelor of Engineering Bachelor of Land and Property Management Bachelor of Urban Planning.  Have at least one more year of full-time study to complete in 2024.
