About the scholarship
Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) is an NZX-listed (NZX:VHP) fund that invests in hospital, aged care and other healthcare properties with a portfolio valued at over ~NZ$3 billion across Australia (~72% of assets) and New Zealand (~28% of assets). Vital is the only listed, specialist owner of healthcare property, is included in the NZX50 and is the fourth largest listed property entity in New Zealand. Vital is managed by NorthWest Healthcare Properties Management Australia and New Zealand (NorthWest A/NZ), the largest specialist owner, manager and developer of market-leading hospital, health, and life sciences properties and precincts in the Australian and New Zealand region

Entry requirements
ELIGIBILITY: New Zealand citizens or permanent residents of New Zealand. A student who shows academic merit A person who contributes to their local community Have successfully completed at least one year of course work by the end of 2024, in a property related tertiary qualification such as - Bachelor of Property - Bachelor of Commerce and Property conjoint. Have at least one more year of full-time study to complete in 2025
