Tuliii Takes Flight logoThe Tuli Takes Flight (Tuli) scholarship is a part of the gesture of goodwill and reconciliation to Aotearoa Pacific communities that followed the Government’s apology for the Dawn Raids that occurred in the 1970s.
The Tuli scholarship acknowledges the importance of education for Aotearoa Pacific families. The scholarship is intended to support Pacific people at all levels of post-school education to reach their potential by reducing some of the financial barriers to study or training.
The Tuli scholarship can also support people changing careers or, taking up opportunities in fields of study or training that have limited Pacific presence.
