About the scholarship
Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in recognition of its partnership with Ngati Whatua Orakei has established undergraduate scholarships to increase participation, retention and success of Maori (of Ngati Whatua Orakei descent) who have demonstrated the academic potential to succeed at tertiary level.
As well as recognising academic achievement in students of Ngati Whatua Orakei descent, these scholarships recognise potential leadership ability and contribution to the school, and community.
