If you are of Māori and/or Pasifika descent, aged 16 – 40 and you want to learn a trade, you could study free at Unitec.

Entry requirements

  1. You MUST be enrolled and accepted into a programme of study BEFORE you can apply for this scholarship
  2. Be of Maori and/or Pasifika descent
  3. Be aged 16 – 40 when your programme of study starts
  4. Have a community mentor
  5. Sign Unitec’s Alcohol & Drug testing policy
  6. Complete work-ready workshops during your studies
  7. Demonstrate a desire to succeed in the trades industry
  8. Be committed to completing the programme
